How To Make Easy Cinnamon Bread
To make this recipe you'll need the following ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 2 T. butter melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2½ t. ground cinnamon divided
- 1 t. salt
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 t. baking of powder
- ½ t. baking of soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these directions to prepare this easy Cinnamon Bread:
At the beginning Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.
In the mixer, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, 1½ t. salt, and cinnamon.
In a bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Add Slowly wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and blend well. And pour into greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and remaining 1 t. cinnamon.
Pour over the mixture in the loaf pan. Using a knife, swirl the cinnamon butter throughout the loaf.
Bake for 51-56 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 6 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
