Grandmother’s Buttermilk Cornbread

How to make a Cornbread recipe?

Ingredients:

  • Butter: 1/2 cup
  • White sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Egg: 2
  • Buttermilk: 1 cup
  • Baking soda: 1/2 small spoon
  • Cornmeal: 1 cup
  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1/2 small spoon

Instructions:

  1. To begin with, set the temperature of the oven to 375 degrees and grease a pan.
  2. Next, pick a large skillet and melt in the butter. Afterward, remove and add in sugar. Immediately add eggs, beating until well mixed. You’ll want to blend together buttermilk with baking soda, stirring to the mixture in a pan. And please row in cornmeal/flour/ /salt until well blended.
  3. When finished, pour the batter into the prepared pan. Okay now, make sure to bake in the preheated oven for about 41 minutes.
