Shrimps in Garlic And Lemon Butter Sauce: These garlicky, buttery, Juicy sautéed shrimps cooked in a flavorful sauce, are easy to throw together a meal and come together in under 20 minutes, it can be served over anything.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg shrimp (16/20) peeled with tail left on and deveined.
- 10 to 12 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
- 2 tablespoon olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes.
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest.
- 1/4 cup of white wine.
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro.
- 80 grams salted butter, cubes.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper.
Instructions:
Follow these directions to prepare this easy baked chicken:
Dry the shrimps and season it with salt, pepper, and lemon zest, and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add red pepper flakes, keep it for 30 seconds on high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute flipping as needed.
Add the garlic, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet and let cook for 1 minute.
Add butter and let it melt slowly, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cilantro, and stir the pan for about 2 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken a little bit.
Add the remaining cilantro and mixed well until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked and the thickness of the sauce still in a pourable consistency.
You may add hot water + lemon juice (50/50) if you feel the sauce is thickened much.
Serve with mashed potato, white rice, or pasta and sprinkle fresh parsley or cilantro on top.
