To make this Not Yo Mama's Banana Pudding recipe you'll need the following ingredients:

  • 2 bags Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk or almond milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding (regular vanilla works too)
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweeten condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed

  1. In a 13x9 pan line vanilla wafers cookies along the bottom. You will need a pan that is about 2in deep
  2. Pour all sliced bananas on cookies. I love using up to 8 bananas because they taste so yummy in this recipe!
  3. In a medium-sized bowl mix together milk and pudding mix. I opted for almond milk since there is already a lot of dairy in this recipe.
  4. In another large-sized bowl, mix together condensed milk and cream cheese. Make sure it is mixed until it has a smooth consistency.
  5. In the cream cheese mixture, slowly fold in whipped topping. This will create a fluffy and delicious mixture!
  6. Next, you will pour your pudding mixture into your fluffy cream cheese mixture. You will need to mix thoroughly. Make sure that all contents from the bottom get mixed it!
  7. Layer over your cookie and banana mixture.
  8. Layer the rest of your vanilla wafers on top!
  9. Enjoy right away, or put in the fridge until you are ready to eat...
