For years, I have been looking for a perfect chocolate cake recipe, and  I finally found it. It ended my search. I have got THE best recipe now for a heavenly chocolate cake.

The Best Chocolate Cake Recipe:

INGREDIENTS: 

TO MAKE THE The Most Amazing Chocolate Cake, YOU'LL NEED: 

  • 250 gr.Of unbleached all-purpose flour. 
  • 250 gr.Of sugar. 
  • 125 ml.Of canola oil. 
  • 1 Cup.Of buttermilk. 
  • 3/4 Cup.Of cocoa.
  • 3/4 Cup.Of strong coffee.
  • 1 Small sp.Of baking soda. 
  • 1 Small sp.Of Baking powder. 
  • 1/2 Small sp.Of Salt. 
  • 2 large eggs. 
  • 2 Small sp.Of Vanilla extract.

TO MAKE THE GANACHE, YOU'LL NEED: 

  • 16-oz.Of chopped dark chocolate.
  • 2 Cups.Of 35% cream. 
  • 2 Large sp.Of Clear corn syrup.

DIRECTIONS: 

Here how to make a super moist cake:

  1. Adjust your oven's temperature to 180°C, to preheat. And grease the sides and line two 20 centimeter springform pans with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.Set it aside for later. 
  3. Whisk together the two large eggs with sugar, buttermilk, canola oil, and vanilla in a different bowl. Reserve. Reserve. 
  4. Combine the cocoa and coffee in a tiny bowl with a brush. Apply a combination of chickens. Incorporate the dry ingredients and blend until the dough is fluffy. Split the dough into molds. 
  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Let's collect them completely on a wire shelf.

  4. To render them flat, cut and cover the crown cakes. To produce 4 slices, split the cakes in half horizontally. 
  5. Spread ganache on cake slices and spread it well with a spatula on the whole surface. 
  6. Layer four slices that are also put on a serving platter
